Born June 17, 1968, he graduated on 13 July 1992 with the vote of 110/110 cum laude discussing a thesis entitled "the Problem of the circulation of the cinematographic work " for which he was awarded by the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers (SIAE).

He’s member of the Bar of Perugia since 1996 and since 2010 he can operate before the higher courts.

He provides  assistance in the fields of  protection of intellectual property rights  (patents, trademarks, designs and copyright), unfair competition and antitrust.

He has been a speaker at several conferences and seminars about the protection of IP and wrote articles published in legal journals in the field of intellectual property law and corporate law.

He provides  assistance in the fields of  civil law, particularly in the field of patents and trademarks.

she supported her thesis in civil law, analyzing, 
in particular, the jurisprudential evolution in 
the protection of personality rights.

She has been registered with the Perugia 
Bar Association since 1996. 
She is qualified to practice the legal profession 
before the Superior Courts of Justice. 

She mainly deals with disputes regarding the
 distinctive signs of companies and unfair 
competition, also dedicating herself to the 
criminal aspects that may arise 
from them.
